The fine print

Terms and conditions

  1. Your starting point is the diagnostic score Daniel records when you enroll.
  2. The weekly hours and work for your tier run for at least 3 months before the official LSAT you count.
  3. The guarantee is measured on your official LSAT score from LSAC. To use it, send Daniel your official score report.
  4. Tutoring hours are paid at the normal rates in the tutoring terms; the guarantee does not change the price.
  5. Daniel may revoke the guarantee if you are not completing the work: missed weekly hours, homework or, for the 170 tier, check-ins.
  6. If you meet every condition and miss your guaranteed score, Daniel tutors you for up to 20 extra one-on-one hours at no charge, used before your next official LSAT. The guarantee is extra tutoring, not a cash refund.
  7. The free score-report diagnostic on this site is a separate tool. It does not predict or guarantee a score.
